从小小节水龙头到节能交通、新能源开发
<P>说起韦战，多数柳州人不大熟悉。但如果到柳州市雀山公园游玩或到十二中、交通学校等地方拜访，市民也许就会享受到韦战发明的节水龙头和节水器的便利。今年52岁的韦战是不折不扣的“发明达人”，2009年至2012年间，他已递交近300项专利申请，获得各种专利授权18项，而这些发明大多集中在节能领域。</P><P> 小龙头里有大乾坤</P>
<P> 如今，节水龙头已不是什么新鲜事，但在实际使用中，不少节水龙头常存在着一些不尽如人意的地方，“有些按压式的龙头，不是弹起太快就是太慢，有时手还没洗干净就断水了，有时用完了却还见水在那‘哗哗’直流。”这是柳州一位家庭主妇张小姐对节水龙头的印象，不少市民也深有同感。韦战发明的一款多功能自闭节水龙头，就不会有这样的尴尬。</P>
<P> 4月5日上午10时，记者亲身体验了自闭式水龙头。这个水龙头就像设置了自动关闭的“高中低”档，把龙头扭到最大，其关闭时间大概耗时15秒左右，扭的幅度小一些，关闭的时间缩短到10秒左右。幅度再小一些，可以在5秒内完全关闭。“就算停水时忘关，水一来，龙头仍然可自动关闭”韦战说。</P>
<P> 在体验的整个过程中，水流量虽逐渐变小，但却很稳定，并没有出现断断续续的现象，细细观察龙头流出的水，还是一股“泡泡水”。据韦战介绍，他在龙头的出水口设计了充气增氧装置，这个装置的作用是让水体膨胀、更大面积地包裹清洁物，从而让清洁更高效、更省水。</P>
<P> 另外，韦战还给这个水龙头设计了纳米立体过滤网和防盗螺栓，以延长龙头的使用寿命。</P>
<P> 灵感源于节约和环保</P>
<P> 如今，多功能自闭式水龙头已经在柳州的雀山公园等多个场所投入使用。实际上，韦战早在10年前就开始投入到节能发明中。</P>
<P> 原来，韦战10年前还在单位时，曾负责机电管理的工作，他发现一些老式设备非常浪费能源，“像老厕所，人已经走了水还不停地冲。有的厕所太长，有些地方水冲不到，既浪费了水又没能清洁干净。”韦战说，诸如此类的情况，让大学学习电子自控专业的他动起了心思，“能不能用微电脑控制水流，让用水设备更智能？”</P>
<P> 说干就干，按照韦战的设想，用于冲洗的节水器至少应该具备两个功能，一是同步冲洗，二是控制水量。于是，他运用微集成电路技术，将控制器和控水器二件套组装成了一个微电脑节水器。控制器可在有效距离范围内感知何时需要冲洗，针对老式厕所便池过长的特征，他还将控水器设置成射程可调的模式，基本实现了卫生与节水同步。</P>
<P> 这款微电脑节水器后来成为韦战获得的第一个国家专利，并在十二中、交通学校等场所投入使用，如今七八年过去了，这些节水器，不少还在工作着。</P>
<P> 要将节能继续做“大”</P>
<P> 从节水器再到节水龙头，韦战在节能领域的发明之路已走过十年。在前段时间自治区举办的一次科技交流会上，一位河池来的代表给韦战算了笔账。目前向国家知识产权局递交专利申请，要撰写平均8000字的综合材料，韦战4年间递交近300分申请，算下来至少也写了200多万字。而这个专利申请量，也让韦战在全区发明创造者中名列前茅，并让他成为了中国发明家协会登记在册的发明家。</P>
<P> 韦战也承认自己是一个为发明痴狂的人，“我经常开着车时有了灵感，于是就在路边随便一停，拿电脑记下来，为此还被交警罚了好几次。”韦战家住7楼，他经常想点子想着想着就走到8楼敲门；他有一把竹躺椅，在上面睡觉特别有灵感，为此，他把竹躺椅当作床睡了三年；有时递交申请的日子即将临近，他为了赶材料，经常一天只睡三四个小时。“很多人都以为几百个发明创造至少有一个团队在做，其实就我一个人。”韦战说。</P>
<P> 做这些努力，韦战只有一个心愿，就是将节能技术应用到更广阔的天地中。如今，他已经不再满足于节水设备的研发，而将目光转向节能交通、新能源发电等领域，例如他发明了以交直流电、太阳能蓄电和空压机动能为主驱动力的多功能高效清洁车，还有采用燃油发动机、风能与电能合成电动机等综合节能做动力装置的多功能高速远航飞机。“这些都正在申报中。”韦战说。</P>
